Creates and develops software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel. Complete Description: IT Support Specialist III provides support for high complexity level application support. Responsible for administering and maintaining optimal performance of the multi-dimensional database such as Hyperion environment for multiple clients across multiple environmentsHyperion installation and support Ability to support an existing BusinessObjects deployment and other day-to-day activities. Familiarly with Business Objects environments consisting of client/server, full client and Web Intelligence components. Interface with developers to create and configure cubes and reports, user groups, security roles and all other aspects of Hyperion administration.have many years experience with Windows/Unix OS, relational and multi-dimensional databases.Have proven experience in maintaining and upgrading Windows/Unix Operating Systems and Version control.
