Description
Mid-level analyst/technician working in an operations team environment responsible for operations of Billing Platform, Customer Ops, and Sales Ops and vendor operations; Provides and assists spt activities for Ensemble/NVIEW through active troubleshooting, log analysis, and communication updates; Analyzes and documents suggestive implementation creative solutions to environmental production issues; Provides effective Level of Effort input to all Ensemble/NVIEW operations activities; Ability to work with shift schedules across multiple environments and flexible to operations on a 24x7x365 production work environment; Coordinates with internal and external customers, all vendors and service /content providers(Ensemble/NVIEW) to achieve success and prompt resolution; Provides operations support to outside vendor and post-implementations of Ensemble/Vendor releases or as required; Address possible system functionalities gap per business requirement and conduct walkthrough with team prior to system testing; 90% of time will be dedicated to managing vantive tickets. 90% of time tracking and documenting defects using Vantive ticketing system; Provides status reports to management and communicates to business community on application and/or system statuses; Monitors and maintains stability on all assigned application environments; Works with team members or Production Operations representatives to resolve Ensemble/NVIEw production application issues; Coordinate between requirements, testing and vendor operations teams when addressing identified operations issues; Assist Manager-IT with documenting and communicating Ensemble/NVIEW production operations processes to ensure that all business needs are met. Minimum Qualifications:Strong Technical and Project Management Background (Job related skills, experience, and education): 3- 5 years of IT experience. Technically proficient in Ensemble applications (CSM ver4.4.84, FDT 2.2), NView ver. 1.1/CXP 12.5 (relational databases), be familiar with Oracle 8i/9i; SQL; PeopleSoft, WebLogic; WebSphere, J2EE, Microsoft Office 2000 expertise is required (MS Project, Visio 11.3, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) etc. Reads and interprets complex technical information quickly in search of resolutions and other activities to enhance ops environmental and software issues; Understands software support activities; Capability to generate system reports and ad hoc reporting needs; Collaborates with multi-teams internally and externally with minimal supervision to achieve environmental stabilization.
