Description
In this role you will be responsible for providing the first level of support to all CES employees in the US using our in house computer system. This will include resolution of every technical issue associated with PC's, thin clients, Windows Servers and associated peripheral devices. All related software applications, primarily the internally developed applications and any off the shelf packages such as the Microsoft suite of products.

Other responsibilities will include hardware and software configuration, installation, problem troubleshooting and preliminary training.

Experience/Skills
IT support background is essential as is working with a Windows Server environment. A BSC in Computer Science and Database knowledge are both desireable
