IT Support Help Desk Technician -
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues for both desktops and servers, Experience installing and troubleshooting problems on Win 9x, Win 2k, Win XP, Win NT 4.0/Win2k/Win2003 Server, IIS, Exchange, DNS
End-User and Help Desk experience is MS Office Suite, Quickbooks, Act! pcAnywhere, Experience in troubleshooting LANs and WANs, switches and routers, Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Certifications such as A+, MCSE, CNE, CCNA are plus but not required.
Ensuring that the project is completed and the client or user is satisfied.
Communicating with customers on work being performed, and future work that may be required, Accurate time tracking and documenting comprehensive notes on work performed.
