Description
This will be a contract to hire position (6 months for conversion) and location can be in Aurora, Anoka or Rochester. Responsible for planning, recommending, justifying, implementing, programming, documenting, training and maintaining all aspects of the company's ERP and legacy business software systems. Directs, establishes, plans, and implements the policies and procedures to support the organization's needs. Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots software problems pertaining to enterprise systems. Recommends and schedules repairs. Provides end users support for all applications, installs and configures workstations. Provides analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware for IT systems. Meets with system users to define software and reporting needs. Develops test strategies, devices and systems. Maintains LAN/WAN systems as necessary. Responsible for departmental software and consulting and services budget. Responsible for maintaining a secure enterprise software environment. Reports directly to the CFO and has support responsibility to all departments. 2 year degree in software systems design, programming, and management. Training and experience with Microsoft Axapta. Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 98, Powerpoint, Excel, Work, SQL, Access or equivalent software. Training in programming languages Java, C++, Visual Morphx, Visual Basic or C. Minimum of 3-5 years in ERP systems software development and programming. At least one year of experience with WAN and LAN network systems. 40 people in Aurora, 30 in Anoka and 35 in Rochester. Would also like Access and Crystal Reports experience.
