Description
This position offers the ability to work with our dynamic Information Technology group to assist in the development and implementation of training programs for the IT organization. Responsibilities include: • Implement and develop IT training to support the growing needs of the organization • Deliver effective training sessions to participants in the form of classroom delivery and/or one-on-one coaching for technical and non-technical employees • Provide initial IT training to new employees as part of the on-boarding process • Develop and/or review training and course reference materials • Present curriculum, courses and associated materials in all available/appropriate training media across distributed and proprietary topics • Assist in assessing the success of learning curriculum and programs in the areas of employee skill development and performance and implement improvements to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment Interested candidates please email a copy of your resume to ERIC.MARCUS@RHT.COMdf-tc

Experience/Skills
