Description
Job duties/responsibilities:


Project planning, scheduling, estimating work, and management.
Identifies, manages, resolves and/or escalates key project issues and risks
Document results/data from Iterations/Releases for team-wide use for future estimating activities
Work with internal customers to understand their needs and how those translate into short-term goals for the project team
Fosters and maintains a communicative and collaborative environment
Provides regular status reports to Executive Management on Strategic projects
Hold routine meetings to reinforce short-term goals and stay in touch with project team
Work with cross-functional teams focused on existing systems and services
Acts as a general contractor to develop appropriate support from various technology


Requirements



3+ years of professional Web development experience
Preferred Experience: Leading and managing a team of developers
Technical project management, especially in a multi-project environment
Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with writing technical implementation specifications and test plans
Fast learner - can quickly come up to speed with different technologies and develop prototypes as needed
Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
Expertise in cross-platform Java, JSP, and ASP.NET
Preferred Technical Skills: DHTML, XHTML, CSS 2.0, Java script, XML, XSLT, ASP, PHP, Ajax, Active and COM Objects
Strong knowledge and keen interest in emerging tools and technologies in the industry
BS in Computer Science / MIS or comparable experiencedf-tc
