Description
CDI is currently looking for an IT Tech in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Project Management Viewer application for Finance Management group.

Application development testing, support and training.
User administration and authorization.
Process documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibits strong problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with a team or independently.

Understanding of programming methodologies and of the software development lifecycle.

Exhibits strong understanding of database concepts including SQL.

Demonstrated ability to develop meaning reports and charts from various data sources.

Understanding of software development using VBA.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies and to understand customer requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work toward and meet deadlines.

Good understanding of key project management principles.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Application Development and creating database driven dynamic applications.

Two years experience with MS Access Database/Application development.

Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas.

Experience with advanced database concepts such as stored procedures, database design, ERD.

Performs important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly-defined issues.

Refers semi-complex, unusual problems to others.

Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly-defined problems.


Education:

BS/BA in related discipline (computer science), or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certification may be required in some areas.df-tc
