We are looking for a technically savvy, seasoned Project Staffing Recruiting Professional to work in our Washington, D.C. This is an opportunity to work for a market leader and to apply your experience and recruiting skills to build success in existing clients.

Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to Account Team to meet client requirements.
- Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Account Teams recommendation. Prospect, identify and interview new and existing candidates. Conduct initial screening interview, reference checks, negotiate salary & relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.
- Responsible for recruiting all levels of project consulting talent spanning multiple skills base with a strong focus on Project Management.

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/ Skills:
- To succeed in this position you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting Services Industry recruiting high level Information Technology Professionals (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Data Architects, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent highly desired.
- Experience in staffing/recruiting/sales/customer service.
- Solicit, obtain, review and build relationships with new and existing candidates.
- Ability to be productive while working independently in a high paced environment.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and make independent decisions.
