IT Tech 3 (M-Th, 10 p - 8:30 a) Principle Duties: -Manage, organize, update, & administer all prototypes & emulators within the associated CDL area -Maintain accurate, complete, & detailed records of equipment usage, check-out schedules, equipment upgrades, system usage, & configuration standards using the tool set(s) available -Apply technical skills to perform 1st level troubleshooting of SFP, MFP, & DS devices & associated emulators -Maintain & perform first level analysis of Windows based PC's & Linux workstations -Organize CDL to maximize operational effectiveness, safety, & overall usability for the engineering community -Work across & within the CDL community to improve processes, operations, & systems on an on-going basis -Configure & support development systems for remote access -Manage prototype consumables -Perform supplemental off hours system testing Minimum Req: -Typically 2 year degree or equivalent or 3 years of hands on experience or equivalent combination -Technical knowledge of SFP, MFP, and/or DS operation & maintenance -Able to maintain accurate & detailed records, either manually or in a database -Able to use application software & operating systems -Able to work independently to achieve desired results from general objectives -Able to multi-task & self-direct work schedule based on customer and/or equipment load -Able to communicate clearly & effectively, both verbally & in writing -Demonstrated good manual dexterity Job Title: IT Technician 3 (M-Th, 10p-8:30a) Primary Skills: SFP, MFP, and/or DS Operation Job Industry: Computers Vacancies: 1 Job City: Boise Job Metro Area: Boise Job State: ID Job Country: US Salary: DOE Hours per Week: 40 Start Date: 05/15/2006 Job Duration: 9 - 12 months Degree Type: AS Degree Area: IT Experience Minimum: 2 Years Certificates/Licenses: Candidates responding to this posting must currently possess the eligibility to work in the United States.
