TruGreen is currently looking for an IT Trainer who is responsible for providing branch and corporate customers with training, technical documentation, training materials, and who tracks the training progress for all training initiatives.

Responsibilities:
. Responsible for all aspects of documentation
. Research, organize, design and develop technical documents, reference guides, training guides, job aids, and other educational materials
. Prepare power point presentations for installation and web presentations
. Research and identify learning objectives
. Interact with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of training materials
. Performs training for beta locations
. Prepares all communications for beta and live implementations
. Performs training for recurring systems at regions and corporate
. Performs train the trainer classes for large roll outs
. Performs training for the support group prior to roll out
. Prepares course curriculum for all areas of systems training
. Select and sequence activities for instruction
. Is aware of existing style guides across the SVM brands.
. Tracks all training initiatives to ensure successful implementations
