JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for performing daily systems administration; backing up systems, running peripherals, license management, maintaining software and hardware inventories, security maintenance passwords and logons. Provide the second tier of problem resolution after the Technical Support Area (Help Desk) receives a problem. Provide technical support to other members to resolve cross discipline problems. Safeguard enterprise/system architecture to ensure flexibility, scalibility, and business continuance. Problem resolution requires a functional decomposition of the problem, identification of the underlying cause, and the application of standardized practices and procedures to resolve problems.
