DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidates must be able to work in a team environment and possess a collaborative style to be effective. Good management and organization skills are needed to balance priorities and be effective. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the company. Candidates will work directly with project leads to develop CM plans. Must be organized and have experience with advanced CM concepts and technologies. Candidates should have experience with SEI-CMM and ITIL policies and concepts. Candidates will support internal audits to ensure project compliance, conduct process improvement activities, and proactively participate as member of various CM groups on projects. The ability to support the development and help provided input into Requirements, Project Plans, Test Plans, Risk Analysis Plans, User Manuals, Policies, and Proposals is required.
