Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. Perot System is currently looking for a ITIL Service Management Specialist to join our team in Palo Alto, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
Service Management position includes:
  • SLA ad hoc report writing in Crystal and distribution through CRD.
  • Work with Assignee Group Managers to create macros and reports to help develop tools to manage their queues.
  • Work in OPAS to create Affected Items and CMDB with standard naming conventions and to keep these items updated.
  • Work with the Service Desk on Decision Trees to help FCR metrics.
  • Provide training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that process guidelines are understood and followed. Facilitate and/or attend daily operations meetings for proper queue management.
  • Work towards taking over administration on the SLA Reporting Engine.

    Required Skills:
  • Able to obtain the collection and analysis of statistical data related to the performance and outcome of service support processes.
  • Able to provide training to associates

    Desired Skills:
  • Process documentation review, retention and auditing capabilities.
  • Database review and auditing capabilities.
