We are looking for a ITIL Service Management Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Role:

  • Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL based Service Support processes for assigned accounts.

  • ITIL processes include Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.

  • Other processes include Request Management for requesting and managing repeatable activities or services such as installs, moves, adds, changes and infrastructure projects.

  • Administers the configuration of process related tools including ticketing applications, reporting tools, and other technologies.

  • Compiles and analyzes statistical data and trends relating to service level compliance and operational effectiveness. Ensures contractual Service Support requirements are understood and managed.

  • Produces operational and Service Level reports.

  • Provides training and mentoring for functional teams to ensure that process guidelines are understood and followed.

  • Provides point of contact for process related questions or issues and facilitates process related meetings.

  • Collaborates with other Service Managers to ensure consistency of delivery, adherence to Best Practices, and continuous improvement.

    Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of Service Management experience
  • Ability to communicate/present to all levels within the organization and great professionalist when interacting with Senior Leaders and the client.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Products, Remedy, Crystal Reports and Configuration Management Data Base (as related to Service Management) experience.

    Desired Skills:
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of strong experience in writing end-user documentation.
