Foundation Certification in ITIL

Experience with Problem, Incident, Release, Configuration, and Change Management.

Experience with the implementation and operation of ITIL based Enterprise Management System (EMS).


Ability to work independently

Multitasking and good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include activity and data modeling, developing business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assesing performance measurements. Conducts assesment on the customers' current environment (inculdes conducting interview with key stakeholders). Responsible for planning and deployment of the ITIL Processes into the customers' environment.df-tc
