As the newest member of our IT team, you will support our Conway Arkansas Mill by providing technical resources to support the design, installation, operations and maintenance of the facility's Local Area Networks, mainframe interfaces and personal computing assets.

You will monitor the mill's LAN/Computer systems, hardware/software inventories, and system access to ensure compliance with established control procedures. In addition, you will have responsibility for providing technical training to end users, supporting the implementation of business system applications and providing direction on LAN/computing strategies.

Qualifications Basic Required Qualifications include:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
* Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Knowledge of multiple information technologies (IT)
* Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship
* MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON AN ON CALL BASIS

Preferred Qualifications consist of:

* ASP.net programming language knowledge

* Microsoft Active Directory knowledge

* Network switch configuration

* Microsoft server management

* Personal Computing troubleshooting



Personal Talents and Abilities should include:
* Strong administrative and planning skills to provide leadership and technical guidance across information technology
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills

* Able to communicate technology requirements to non-technical personnel

* Outstanding organizational skills
* Proven ability to effectively interact with personnel at multiple levels of an organization
