As a member of the Information Technology–Application Solutions (ITAS) CRM Customer Development team you will be primarily responsible for supporting the global SAP CRM application and landscape environments. Examples of CRM applications currently supported are Global Digital Asset Library, Integrated Campaign Activity Management, Customer Interactive Center and Internet Sales. Examples of Kimberly-Clark businesses that are supported include KC Consumer, Professional and Healthcare. The services provided include application support and development; operating assistance, small enhancements and large project work; and managing the availability and performance of the global CRM landscape (e.g. Support Pack Upgrades & SAP Safeguarding Services). The ITAS organization has support resource located in Buenos Aires, Roswell, Neenah, Germany and France.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical and application knowledge of the global CRM environment
Work closely with application owners/clients to identify and resolve issues in accordance to defined Service Level Agreements
Work closely on a daily basis with all ITS application and infrastructure support teams/partners
Proactively establish and maintain global CRM operational procedures, support tools and best practices
Participate in Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management standard operational procedures in supporting the global CRM environment

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field or 7 or more years relevant experience or 9-11 or more years of applied experience required.
General knowledge of SAP applications and architecture
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM functionality
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
Functional knowledge and demonstrated abilities within the SAP CRM application space
Demonstrated knowledge of operational services delivery and project management methodologies/practices
Experience supporting and troubleshooting SAP applications within a Microsoft Windows Server environment
Technical knowledge of SAP architecture and cross platform/system technologies

Other:

Ability to participate and facilitate work/tasks across teams and geographies
Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple, simultaneous assignments/projects
