Currently, we are seeking a TS – Manufacturing Computer Security Sr. Analyst for our Neenah WI location.

The Computer Security Sr. Analyst is a member of the IT Services – Manufacturing Infrastructure Support team based in Neenah, WI. Primary responsibilities include the delivery of a standard and secure IT computing framework meeting Kimberly-Clark’s global manufacturing business needs. This encompasses the development and implementation of information systems security best practices, policies and standards related to manufacturing process control, logistics, and warehouse management systems.

This position assumes advisory role with internal clients in the assessment of information systems security and the development of risk mitigation strategies that are in line with the corporate security manufacturing facility policies meet audit and regulatory compliance.

As a project lead, researches/evaluates infrastructure and systems integration requirements and subsequently develops system designs, recommends hardware/software configurations and technologies to solve business problems.

You will establish relationships with key manufacturing systems application and equipment vendors to adopt computer security best practices; ensure interoperability and alignment with Kimberly-Clark’s overall strategic direction.

The ideal candidate is regarded as an expert in Microsoft and network-based security technologies and demonstrated ability to become proficient in manufacturing systems related technology areas. Previous experience in any or all of the technical aspects of manufacturing process control systems is a plus and would include: Rockwell or Honeywell systems, hardware and device and application middleware software; wired and wireless networking; and application performance analysis.

Candidate Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience; candidates with a BS degree in non-technical fields with equivalent experience will be considered as well
  • Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Demonstrated strong project management methodology and problem solving skills;
  • An excellent customer service attitude, good oral and written communication skills and organizational sensitivity
  • Knowledge of firewalls, system configuration, PKI, IDS, and other security technologies
  • Knowledge of network protocols, LANS, VLANS, routers, switches, and Active Directory , CISCO based networking and firewalls; and Windows server and desktop operating systems
  • Ability to interpret requirements, develop security procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Ability to provide innovative contributions in a TEAM Environment
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues in a business environment
  • The ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and assignments.
  • Customer focus when dealing with internal and external customers
