Description
Our client is a growing healthcare benefits corporation in the process of going live with a new, large-enterprise client. Due to this growth, they are in need of a resource to help enhance the Interactive voice response system and drive through a change in environment in tools for support. The goal will be to go from 400 IVR "utterances" to 4,000.

The candidate for this contract position will through a sequence of questions to update the IVR system to be able to navigate and connect customers to the answers they need. Applicants must have experience supporting and/or enhancing IVR design to be considered.df-tc

Experience/Skills
  • 3+ years of IVR development experience
  • 2+ years of IVR call flow design experience -- architecture experience not required
  • 2+ years of speech recognition / grammar design experience
  • At least 1 year of Microsoft Visio diagramming experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Business English writing skills
  • Passion for team work
  • Health Insurance or Finance industry knowledge preferred
  • Scrum environment experience a plus
