Ajilon Consulting is currently accepting resumes for an IVR Developer to be located in Pensacola, FL. Qualified applicants will have at least 5+ years experience working with technologies to include Avaya infrastructure, IVR implementation and lifecycle management, and vXML. Prior experience working in a Call Center environment is required for this opportunity. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining IVR systems that support the customer care operations. The applicant will be required to work collaboratively with customer care and IT in a cross functional team to ensure system modifications are delivered in a timely and quality manner. Provide maintenance and production support of applications and modules. Help drive effective processes and design and coding standards for software development as well as perform code and design reviews.
