Description
Synigent Technologies is looking for 2 mid-level IVR developers for our client located in Lynchburg, Va. These positions will be contracts for a minimum 6 month timeframe, then client will be looking to convert to a FTE.

Candidates should have at a minimum a background in development with Microsoft technologies, SQL, Oracle, Java, and web services. Ideal candidates will also have experience with the following:

VXML, CCXML, IVR platform experience (Genesys, Avaya, Intervoice/Edify), IVR tuning and design, Screen-pop, telephony (preference with Avaya switches)df-tc
