Description

IVR QA/Tester Position: The ideal individual would be able to follow, modify and create test plans for checking the accuracy and flow of a variety of IVR applications. They will be doing this both for existing applications in a QA mode and new/revised applications in a pre-production test mode. It will be extremely helpful if the individual has some background with the CCC service offerings and related databases. The position will require knowledge of how to parse data (given the supporting documentation) and apply it to the logical structure of the application. SQL knowledge and the ability to update configuration files will also be required. Persistence will be required to attempt to re-create production scenarios which may be difficult to track down.

Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 3 years of QA/Test, IVR experience required; experience in testing existing applications in a QA mode and new/revised applications in a pre-production test mode; data parsing
and SQL experience. Must be a US citizen who has not traveled outside of the US for more than 30 days consecutively within the last 5 years and be eligible for a security clearance.
