Job Duties:

This individual will be responsible for managing the implementation of Speech Recognition technology at a Cox call center, and the development of a turnkey launch kit that will enable future deployments at other contact centers. The incumbent will conduct analysis of the project requirements and work with various functional groups to develop a comprehensive project plan, then oversee its implementation and facilitate a post-implementation review.

Position Responsibilities:

. Conduct a post-implementation analysis for the pilot site and identify gaps, process improvements, opportunities and risks
. Identify and collaborate with all stakeholders and functional groups to develop a complete set of requirements
. Develop a project plan for additional implementations
. Manage the project planning and implementation to ensure timely delivery within budget
. Communicate/coordinate with all appropriate parties, including vendors, to provide successful deployment
. Facilitate the development of change management and support procedures
. Ensure adequate reporting and processes are in place to evaluate the success of the implementation
. Provide periodic updates on project progress to all interested parties
. Establish feedback mechanisms to evaluate implementation process and incorporate necessary changes
. Fully document all assigned activities to provide a turnkey reference for additional locations and other functional groups

Experience/Skills
. College degree or equivalent experience required
. PMI certification
. Minimum five years project management experience
. Experience in the fields of telecommunications and voice platforms highly desirable
. Strong leadership, planning, organizational and coordination skills are required
. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
. Ability to work closely with a diverse group of individuals with minimal supervision
. Travel required - ranges from 40 to 65%
