IVR / VRU Application Architects

Our practice is growing by leaps and bounds, so we are seeking individuals with strong analytical, interpersonal, and technological skills to join our CRM consulting team.

In this position, you will evaluate clients' IVR or VRU systems for efficiency and customer ease of use; offer recommendations for improvement or upgrade, then oversee the development and delivery of the new systems. You will draw upon your track record of similar projects with other large client companies to gather data, hold focus groups, analyze processes for efficiency and translate all information into technical specifications to modify an existing system or customize a new one. Knowledge of Avaya, Genesys, Nortel or Cisco systems will give you an edge.

Ideal candidates for these positions will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience designing touchtone menus, evaluating and improving voice response or voice recognition menus, and/or replacing touchtone menus with VRUs for a large company. Previous experience with clients in the Financial Services area is a plus.
