Join our premier client in Wilmington, DE for a 3+ months

Project Description:
This project addresses the gaps identified over and above the baseline conversion impacting telephony that got prioritized
through the EPEP process

Required Skills:
- Senior Project Manager who has gone through an entire lifecycle of a Telephony project,
- Call center experience, Intervoice or
VRU Project managing experience, Genesys to geotel conversion experience (preferred),
- Financial services (Preferably Creidt Card).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and provide regular Project status to Management.
- Ability to track and resolve issues working closely with Routing Development team.
- Work with Networking, Tech Ops (Database). Telecom, Facilities team as well to ensure necessary pre-requisite tasks are undertaken in a timely fashion.
- Ensure end to end thorough testing is conducted by all groups involved.

Scope of Work:
Manage the Development team and resources throughout the lifecycle of the Telephony project. Should have managed projects including integration of VRUs with various interfaces
