Ajilon Consulting is working with our east-side client to find a contract-to-hire developer with solid IVR XML experience.

The client's IVR team develops and maintains mission critical VXML and CCXML-based sales and service applications. Their goal is to increase
customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Their applications service thousands of customers on a regular basis.

The team has an opening for a strong, motivated developer (contract-to-hire) who will help enhance and maintain IVR applications and develop solutions for complex projects.

The candidate will work in a team environment requiring strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and
positive customer interaction. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have
1 - 3 years experience in designing, building, tuning and supporting VXML and CCXML applications or telephony applications.

Job/Assignment Required Skills
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a relevant
field.
- 1 - 3 years web application development and maintenance experience
- 5 - 10 years of related work experience designing, developing, programming, and supporting software applications in client server environments using
object oriented programming language(s).
- Knowledge and development experience with SQL and XML technologies

Job/Assignment Preferred Skills
- 1 - 3 years VoiceXML (VXML), CCXML or other IVR development related experience
- Web services development and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript / EcmaScript, NUNIT framework
- Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, Telecom application, development and maintenance
