Our client is currently looking for an Identitiy Management Engineer to join their team in Lakeland, FL. We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need.

Salary: $46,500 - $106,000

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and design of Identity and Access Management and Role Based Access Control solutions
- Engineering, development, implementation and support of Identity and Access Management and Role Based Access Control solutions
- Defining, developing, maintaining, and advising on the effective use of the information technology architecture
- Software and hardware installation, configuration, integration, and support
- System and network management activities
- Problem management activities
- Consultation
- Project team participation
- New technology awareness, research, and system integration.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or an analytical discipline and/or equivalent experience
- At least two years of recent experience as a Lead Systems Engineer on Identity and Access Management and/or Role Based Access Control projects in a large enterprise environment
- At least two years of recent experience with LDAP and X.500 directory services
- At least two years of recent experience with IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Access Manager, and IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator
- Experience with JavaScript and XML programming
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems
- Understanding of role based access control concepts
- Experience defining provisioning policies in an enterprise environment
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
- High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IBM DB2 UDB
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with and understanding of other security systems such as Active Directory, RACF, or Novell
- CISSP or ISSEP certification
- Good understanding of the ITIL and MOF frameworks along with the incident, problem, and change management processes.
