Description
The Identity Management group needs two senior-level application developers with a focus on multi-tier application development to participate in development and releases of features of applications and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall design, development and team coordination on applications under deadline pressure following development standards. This person also will communicate standards and defend technology and scoping decisions to information technology management and development teams. This person must be able to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions while providing project management and software engineering process expertise.

Among the general responsibilities:
>> Design and develop web and smart client, middle-tier and/or data layer, implement necessary business logic and web services objects to process user/role authentication, business logic, event and error logging and communication to the data layer. Application layers may span across Active Directory forests.
>> Work with the Test and Support groups to validate the developed solution and deployment logistics.
>> Update or write technical documentations as necessary to document the developed solution.
>> Create process/documentation solution deployment.

Technical Skills Needed
>> C# -- expert level
>> .NET * expert level
>> Design and implementation of Web and Smart Client technologies (ASP NET, ADO .NET, XML, VBscript /Jscript, COM+, etc.)
>> Experience with design patterns and multi-tier architecture
Knowledge of SQL Server 2000 or later version and/or database design/architecture
>> Knowledge of the most current Windows OS, technologies and platforms: XP and Win2K3 OS, SQL 2000, IIS 6.0.
>> Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) 2003
>> Experience with native and/or managed C++.
>> Win32 API
