blueStone has been retained by a leading Financial Services Company to assisin their search for an Identity and Access Management Operations Analyst.
This is a full time opportunity located in Detroit, MI.



Description: Responsible for daily operational support of Identity and Access Management related systems.
Works closely with other application groups that utilize the Identity and Access Management systems for authentication and authorization providing second level troubleshooting expertise.
Focuses on operational process enhancements to improve the user experience.




Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (B. A.) and three to five years related experience.
Has thorough understanding of technical concepts required for supporting Identity and Access Management.
Uses that knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to support Identity and Access Management operations.







Requirements:

Responsible for coordination and resolution of all data remediation efforts not resolved by the global help desk for IAM end user issues.

·


Attend all change control meetings related to IAM and the communication to any other IAM resources impacted by system related change plans.

·


Testing of changes of the employee intranet as they relate to IAM.

·


Coordination of auditing of data between data sources and the resolution of issues related to the audit.

·


Coordination with the application on-boarding team for use of the employee intranet IAM resources.
