blueStone has been retained by a leading Financial Services company to assist in their search for an Identity and Access Management SME.
This is a full time opportunity located in Detroit, MI.


Description:

Ensures any work performed adheres to company standards and compliant with business requirements for the client and its subsidiaries.
Assists in the formulation of strategic security solutions for the management of identity, authentication, authorization, and access.
Work entails complex evaluation of company practices and security goals.
Assists in the identification and creation of security solutions that are likely to contribute to the development of improved company processes, reduced operating costs, and enhanced security.



Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (B. A.) and five to seven years related experience.
Has thorough understanding of technical concepts required for Identity and Access Management.
Uses that knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.



Requirements:


Responsible for reviewing and validating designs of new Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Assists in the implementation, support and maintenance of systems in support of reduced sign-on, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, credential certification, access control, and self service security functionality.

Assists in the formulization and execution of the plan to consolidate and integrate directories and establish an enterprise global user store.

Interface with corporate applications group and business units, as necessary

Mastery knowledge of IAM design and implementation

Knowledge of security best practices, IAM technologies, and industry trends

Assist in the development of identity and access management policies and procedures

Knowledge of related security regulatory requirements

Assist in the Implementation of solutions which comply with information security policies and standards.



Skills:


Ability to manage multiple priorities

Expert knowledge of IAM solutions and overall marketplace

Expert knowledge of information security concepts and best practices

Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies and techniques
