Description
IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000

This individual will be responsible for managing different service initiatives & projects and will be held responsible for the timely completion and the quality of the work produced by the project teams that they manage.

The IDEAL CANDIDATE has strong leadership, management and organization skills and has a minimum two years experience with project management processes and methodologies. Candidate must have good general business and technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. A positive, team-oriented attitude is required.

Project Management Responsibilities

- Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects
- Ensure that the project team members are aware of project milestones and deliverables
- Manage the scope of the projects
- Resolve any issue that may hinder project success
- Execute/implement the appropriate communications plan
- Ensure that the appropriate processes and methodologies are adhered to
- Maintain project documentation
- Effectively lead the project team, maintaining good morale, etc.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

- Strong PC skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Expertise in project management processes and methodologies
- Possess good, general business and technical knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of associates
- Proactive approach on the job
- Facilitate and work within a group/team environment
- Some travel required

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in total
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a project environment
- Minimum of 2 years project management
- Operational and/or Implementation project experience desired
- High proficiency with Office Software
- Proficiency with MS Project software and methodologies
- BA or BS degree preferred
