Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Help Desk consultant. The Help Desk role will include monitoring Microsoft Windows PC's, printers, and scanners at remote sites with non-technical users using Remote Desktop. On a daily basis you will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone to troubleshoot Microsoft Windows issues and custom Software Application questions. Prior BlackBerry experience will be helpful.
