Description
Immediate need for IT Service Center Specialist in Novi. Temporary position through April, 2005. Part time hours- 1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m., Monday - Friday. Responsibilities include installing and configuring PC's using standard processess and tools, updating Active Directory based on new PC installations, troubleshooting software and hardware failures directly as well as remotely. Must have in depth knowledge of Windows 2000, XP Operating systems, Office XP, Internet Explorer, Outlook 2002, Symantec, Anti-Virus, Acrobat, WinZip, Ghost, etc. Must have 2 plus years of work related experience in a large technical environment.
