Description
Project consists of upgrading 56k circuits to 384 circuits.
Must know routing commands, upgrade logical interface, have the ability to work in a production environment- turn interface on & off. Good customer service skills. CCNA- helpful if know how to apply knowledge.
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing both the technical and administrative activities associated with the implementation of various WAN services including frame-relay, DSL & point-to-point circuits.

Candidates must be professional, well spoken and possess crisp, clear communications skills as they will interface directly with MCI external customers. Work schedule will be primarily Monday-Friday, but candidates must be flexible as some weekend work may be required. This center must provide coverage from 8am-8pm. Shifts will be 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 12pm-8pm. Candidates will be given preference when possible, but must be flexible as business needs arise.

TCP/IP
Routing principals (BGP,EIGRP,Static)
Network/IP troubleshooting
WAN service offerings (frame-relay, DSL, point-to-point)
Physical circuit troubleshooting
LAN technologies & principals (F/ethernet, Gig/E)
IP/VPN
Cisco Hardware (831s, 1711s, 1720/21s, Cat 6500s)
Windows XP Operating System & associated networking tools
Previous implementation skills and Cisco/Juniper certifications are a plus.
