Description
Your primary role is to smooth the transition of the client's experience during the implementation of our client's software products and services.

Learn our client's products and services and assist their clients before, during, and after implementation with Change Management and Processes.

You will be the first person in this role for this group, and as such you will have the potential to build a team around yourself.

This position will involve significant travel (expect 30% - when it comes, it comes all at once)

  • Learn the products
  • Build test cases around the products
  • Create a book of processes around the products
  • Help clients understand the products
  • Help evaluate the client's employee's skills to see who will perform best around the product
  • Best Practices
  • Define the current 'as is' processes, then define and implement the 'to be' processes
  • Customer training
  • User procedures

    Experience/Skills
    REQUIRED:
  • Excellent image and presentation
  • Superior English skills, both written and oral
  • Bachelors degree
  • Open to heavy travel
  • Heavy Change Management / Implementation consulting experience
