Job Description: As Implementation Manager you will play a central role for coordination of changes for web-based applications to various development, test and production environments. The change categories include code, database, local file configuration.

The successful candidate will be a self starter who possesses experience in web-based software development and implementation and will have excellent skills in written communication and collaborative team effort.

* Gather change requests from various global IT development teams
* Collate, schedule, and record change requests
* Pursue change requests to successful execution; troubleshoot, when problems arise
* Request resource allocations, when necessary
* Develop implementation plans for major deployments.
* Provide high level assessment of timeliness and efficiency of the project cycle.df-tc


Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will have most or all of the following:
* Technically proficient in some area of web-based development
* Excellent team player
* Proactive
* Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to think clearly in pressurized situations
* Bachelors degree, minimum
* 6 - 8 years experience
* Trans-national project management experience
