Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: An Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting on new client implementations, ongoing support of existing clients and providing guidance to implementation consulting analysts. This includes documenting system requirements, using software tools and programs to setup system, interfacing with developers to clarify additional system requirements, and performing functional system testing. To fulfill this role the specialist will: Provide guidance to implementation consulting analysts Assist in translating client deliverables into business requirements Work with clients to map data from their sources to our model Use software and client developed tools to implement system and convert source data Interface with client developers to clarify business requirements and design programming specifications for additionally needed functionality Interface with staff and clients to clarify or resolve issues related to deliverables Assist in developing test criteria and conducting functional system testing that includes calculation of defined benefit pension and factors and review of data conversion Act as a resource to the Technical Client Manager in organizing the project plan and controlling project scope.
