Job Description

Our client is seeking an Implementation Analyst for a direct hire position in Alpharetta, GA. The person will be responsible for the installation and implementation of the client's solutions to their customers. Will train customer's staff in the use of the products to satisfy business needs. Will work with sales team to transition customers from sales to implementation. In addition, will work with customer support to transition customers from implementation to continuing support. Responsibilities to include:

· Client contact for new customers and customers with new products during implementation phase.
· Review business needs for each customer, and develop customized implementation plans.
· Create environment, and work with customer to complete setup training and prepare for operational conversion.
· Conduct tele-training or classroom training for customers or internal staff on various topics as requested.
· Keep customer on track with training schedule in preparation for conversion and an efficient implementation.
· Visit customer site for conversion and implementation of new products as needed.


Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business or computer science
· Minimum 0 to 2 years experience in customer support environment
· Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills required.
· Strong initiative to learn and seek solutions expected.
· A working knowledge of Linux and networks is preferred.
· Ability to travel up to 40% within the continental US, Canada and the Caribbean is expected.
· Ability to work after hour and week-end assignments to complete customer implementation as needed
