Description
Territory is 85 accounts in Southern IL, to Western KY - Springfield, IL, to Evansville, IN to Bowling Green, KY - does not include Louisville. Salary up to 65,000, plus bonus.

Responsible for working with Sales to schedule new business installations, develop Implementation plans - time frames and scheduling 3-4 project managers/installers.

Ability to drive process change. Project Management skills, financial ability to manage forecast, customer service/relations skills, ability to guide/motivate staff. No HR responsibilities.

IT Skills - Excel, PP, Outlook, general IT skills for networking requirements, Windows applications and virus updates.

The Implementation Process Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and leading product implementations. Manages project plans, resources and budget. Monitors and tracks the progress of all implementations on the team. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with the Director, Business Process Development to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently installing our systems.


- Ensures that the pre-implementation, implementation and post implementation processes and methodologies are consistently used
- Reviews project documentation containing statuses, project plans and other project deliverables
- Coordinates resources to ensure project milestones meet or exceed customer and business expectations
- Conducts risk assessment and management at the onset of the project and ensures risk management is conducted throughout the project
- Works directly with customers to secure an implementation schedule as part of the contracting process

Experience/Skills
Experience/Knowledge/Skills Requirements: Eight years industry/working experience with three to five years experience installing and/or managing advanced computerized system applications. Preferred experience in the healthcare IT environment with project management experience, certification or eligible for certification preferred. Vendor experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead a team. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Excellent project management and administrative (follow-up) skills required. Knowledge of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), a project management standard, essential. Must be able to manage customer and subordinate expectations, and possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change. Knowledge of revenue recognition processes, GAAP (accounting practices) and SOX (Sarbarnes-Oxley) critical. Must have enthusiasm for educating team members on new processes. Must develop relationships with varying levels of individuals within customer accounts and internally. Requires excellent problem resolution abilities and strong process development/improvement skills. Experience conducting -train the trainer- sessions with peers and team members on process.

Physical/Mental Requirements: This position requires a high degree of analytical thinking, problem solving and the ability to deal effectively and rapidly with complex concepts.


Work Environment: 60% travel and flexible working hours, including nights and weekends, some overnight travel. Work from home office.
