Will train customer Subject Matter Experts and end-users in the proper use of McKesson products and services and first-line product support and troubleshooting. Additional duties include conducting classes for employees or customers regarding features and operation of software products. Will test and maintain training software, documentation, and presentation materials; conduct training needs analyses; and prepare lesson plans from software documentation, field requirements, and/or engineering documentation. Extensive travel (90%) will be required.McKesson is everywhere in healthcare.
