Join our innovative team for the following position:

Our client located in the Louisville, CO area has an immediate need for an Implementation Support Specialist. This position functions as a technical resource and is responsible for providing support to install and implement County Fusion software at client sites. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, as well as preferably 5+ years of business or government experience. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.


Requires:
. In-depth knowledge of County Fusion software and functionality
. Experience training a team in both one-on-one and classroom settings
. Architectural knowledge of County Fusion software product
. General understanding of county government office functions
. Database knowledge and administration
. Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired:
. Experience with client interaction and support is preferred
. Java and/or SQL experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
. Provide training to team members on the software
. Configure databases per instruction and training from the development team
. Work with Implementation Manager to conduct assessments of client upon execution of contract
. Gather and document client specifications and requirements
. Coordinate implementation activities and maintain accurate & detailed client documentation
. Coordinate the organizing and tracking of client information provided to development team
. Create and maintain training materials, as well as maintain accurate client documentation
. Conduct training for clients on-site and train users on new system functionality to keep abreast of new or upcoming changes ensuring they are efficient at using all features and functionality
. Configuring database to tailor system for client's specific requests and requirements
. Conduct all necessary follow-up and send documentation post-training
. Ensure surveys are completed following each training session
. Effectively handle implementation support calls and provide team support as necessary
