Description
My client is looking for an In-House Graphic Designer:
This position will:
??? Create the graphic look and feel for all Institutional and Third Party Marketing materials designed in-house
??? Ensures consistency among all marketing collateral
??? Manage the production process ??? with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
??? Identify and work with external vendors to make sure the print production process is satisfactory and within budget constraints.
??? Troubleshoot with outside vendors to resolve Graphic Design issues
??? Respond to ad hoc requests from sales/marketing professionals
??? Work with a variety of internal constituencies including firm-wide Graphics, DTP, other graphics professionals, sales managers and marketing professionals to coordinate the timely processing of requests
??? Innovate improvements in departmental procedures to increase efficiency and quality
??? Perform other functions or projects.

In addition to an online portfolio you must have:
Advanced knowledge of Quark or InDesign CS4, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and HTML software
Experience and familiarity with the MS OFFICE Suite ??? especially Excel, PowerPoint
Strong visual skills, logical, with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to develop creative solutions to design issues
Solid analytic skills with an ability to distill and enter financial data for monthly/quarterly reporting
Good proofreading and quality control skills focusing on accuracy of typing, layout, consistency and format
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with an ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities quickly
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with others to accomplish an objective
3 years current and recent professional, CORPORATE experience as a graphic designer in the design department.
