Description
- Provide the day-to-day production operational support and develop new processes for the Integral Human Resources Management System version 9.5.37 operating on a Z/OS Mainframe DB2 platform.

- Customization of the software package will require analysis, development, testing and debugging, and implementation of client change requests. This will require working within all areas of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology. The job will require gathering and documenting system and business requirements, cost and schedule estimates, performing technical designs, coding, following strict Change Control Methodology, creating test case scenarios, developing implementation plans and supporting the post production application.

- Possible on-call rotation responsibilities.
