Project Description:
Intelligent Call Routing and VRU support for creation of domestic and international Global Service Desk.

Scope of Work:
VRU application development/testing

Required Skills:
3-5years experience with Intervoice development environment (InVision)
Credit Card Industry experience
Experience with VRU applications and Telephony
Call Center experience
Financial Services experience
Reporting
