Description
Works as the primary interface to coordinate and create SDLC processes between the DoDIIS Independent Testing Authority and other DIA DS business units.  Responsible for ITA Performance Metrics Program.  Performs process flow analysis and incorporates multiple processes methodologies to make quality/efficiency improvement recommendations.   Implements process improvement endeavors that centric to the ITA and/or are in the best interests of the overall DS business model as directed.  Represents the ITA in cross functional meetings.  Creates, coordinates, and performs intra/inter department presentations and training.     

Experience/Skills
·         Communicates and simplifies complex issues and recommends solutions to Senior   Management. 

·         Create and maintain executive level metrics and perform variance analysis in support of the IA/ITA.

·         Create and maintain ITA processes, checklists, and work instructions.

·         Provide process improvement audits and analysis making recommendations based on sound methodologies. 

·         Manage multiple inter-related projects.

·         Coordinate and provide training, and presentation materials.

·         Coordinate and implement process improvement efforts across DS Business units as required

·         Represent IA/ITA in cross functional meetings
