LOCATION: ANYWHERE IN THE EASTERN OR CENTRAL PORTION OF THE U.S.
MUST BE WITHIN ONE HOUR OF A MAJOR AIRPORT

. 2+ years consulting experience
. 10+ years direct experience in the Retail line of business/industry
. Strong business writing & communication skills
. Expertise in vertical best practices and operations experience
. Expertise in vertical process evaluation, definition, and improvement
. Expertise in performing ROI analysis of labor operation automation
. Expertise in strategy development of labor operation management
. Expertise in operational labor analysis and efficiency improvement
. Expertise in data analysis and change management
. Expertise in goal development and tracking procedures
. Expertise in full life cycle project management
. Expertise in the use and abilities of the Kronos applications

Primary responsibilities will include working with clients that are addressing strategic issues, mergers, acquisitions, risk management, organizational/infrastructure change, cost control management, technology implementations, and overall systems integration. Individuals should possess a thorough understanding of their industry throughout the world.
