Description
Responsibilities:
Provides non-technical and technical support on all the department's security programs and processes. This includes, but is not limited to, leading projects, sharing knowledge with colleagues, managing relationships with other departments, processing access requests, monitoring and reviewing access violation and security maintenance logs/reports, and other duties as assigned. Requires the analysis of business and/or technical requirements and formulation of project plans in order to satisfy dynamic, mission-critical deadlines. Performs risk assessment and mitigation scenarios while still meeting required timelines.

Required Skills:
4-year college degree in a computer-related area of study and 4 or more years of directly related professional experience or 6 or more years of directly related professional experience is required. This is a consulting position for call center operations, knowledge of Call center operations and technologies is crucial. Strong technical background in the following information security concepts: Telecommunications, Network, and Internet Security, Security Architecture, Security Policy Fundamentals, Cryptography, Physical Security Concepts, Access Control Systems, Application Security. Strong ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Strong negotiating skills. Some off shore travel may be required.

Operating Systems knowledge including Windows and *nix-flavored systems. In-depth, high-level knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol suite. Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Testing knowledge/experience. VPN technologies knowledge/experience. Customer service experience knowledge/experience.

Preferred Skills:
CISSP certification highly preferred. Checkpoint firewall experience highly desirable. Corporate NIPS/HIPS product experience highly desirable.Background with and knowledge of VRU technologies and applications.df-tc
