**Please send resume as MS WORD file attachment****Permanent position (NOT contract/temporary) Position Title: Information Security Anti-virus AnalystLocation: ~30 minutes from Ocean City, MD*Note:Hours and days of work are established as needed and at the direction of management and, while generally 8 am 5 pm, Monday-Friday, may be changed (increased) by management as required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS -- Bachelor degree required; I/T-related degree preferred.- CISSP certification required or achieved within one year in the position.- MCSE certification required or achieved within one year in the position.- Specialized or technical knowledge, credentials or licensing required for this position include: . Minimum of 7 years data processing experience with specific training and experience with the management and deployment of anti-virus software. . Also required are Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with customers/peers with a high degree of maturity, patience. . Ability to deal with confidential access and information. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION -This position will participate in the protection of the infrastructure against actual hacking attacks and malicious software with the responsibility for the management and deployment of anti-virus software, and the overall security on the Windows platforms.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES -1. Manage anti-virus and anti-malware protection on all Windows operating systems;2. Manage intrusion prevention security agent on all PCs and servers;3. Monitor virus protection within our infrastructure and pending virus treats outside our environment;4. Manage denial of access, to PCs, to companys network if virus protection is not present;5. Manage Aggressive virus awareness program to associates;6. Work with Technical Computing and Telecommunication on technical infrastructure security;7. Recommend the acquisition of anti-virus software;8. Participate as a member of the Information Security Response team and the Virus Response Team;9. Individual must be able to work with very little supervision; Decision-making required to optimize workload and facilitate problem resolution. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES -- Spend 10 % of a normal workweek training and developing other Associates.- Spend 30 % of a normal workweek performing technical analyses and writing reports.- Spend 60 % of a normal workweek in production or maintenance- related activities.
