Part of a cross-functional development team, the information design manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the design and development of an innovative new communication vehicle in the healthcare industry. This new personalized financial and health-related information product for consumer is in the form of a quarterly health finance and benefits statement that bridges the world of financial statements and news publications.

Each information design manager will be responsible for managing the development of statements specific to a particular line of business (Medicare, employer-sponsored group products, individual healthcare products) including studying consumer research to understand consumer needs, internalizing the business strategies that define product offerings, designing the appropriate way to combine, present, and lay out detailed data-driven information.
